Send a support request for account, subscription, or app questions. If something is not working as expected, choose Report an issue so we can route the message with the right context.

How we handle requests

  1. 1. Choose Support for general help or Report an issue for a bug report.
  2. 2. Include the platform and enough detail for us to understand what happened.
  3. 3. Our support team reviews your message and replies by email if we need more information.
